VSTEP was invited by the Dutch Embassy to demonstrate its RescueSim Virtual Incident Management Platform during the Korean Serious Games Seminar in Seoul, South Korea.
Coinciding with the nuclear summit in South Korea, the Dutch Embassy in Seoul together with the Gyeonggi Content Agency and the Korea Game Society organized a Serious Games Seminar focusing on Serious Games that are effectively applied for better training and preparation of safety professionals and emergency services.
As a pioneer nation in the development of Serious Games, The Netherlands host some of the world’s leading serious game developers. South Korea is a leading technology nation in the world, with an open mind towards applying technological innovations for real-life application.
VSTEP wins Mexican Navy simulator contract | 29‑07‑2014
The Mexican Navy selected VSTEP to supply a Class A NAUTIS Full Mission Bridge (FMB) Simulator and 24 NAUTIS desktop trainer stations for the Naval Academy in Veracruz. The simulators will be installed at the new simulator training wing of the Heroica Escuela Naval Militar set to open in Q4 2014.
A new RescueSim simulator, increasing training capacity for incident training was installed at the Dutch Unified Fire Department.

During a festive ceremony on June 3rd, the new 360-Control Tug & OSV Training Centre was officially opened for the general public and customers. The simulators for the training centre are delivered and installed by VSTEP.
